Business Driven (Organizational Maturity Level)

This evolutionary level represents a state where service-encapsulated technology resources are not just aligned with the current state of the business, but have proven to remain in alignment with how business requirements continue to change. This form of evolutionary alignment is accomplished via the repeated or augmented composition of services. This level therefore represents the highest level of maturity for a service inventory as well as the highest level of success for the overall SOA adoption effort. The Business Driven level can last indefinitely as the organization continues to leverage the strategic benefits of its services.
